We spent the last month on the parts of the platform clinics don’t see directly — how well a piece is voiced, how it’s illustrated, and how much of it actually ships. Here’s what changed, what it delivered, and a finished piece of content it now produces.
What shipped
Six changes, all live. Grouped by what they touch — the writing, the pictures, and the pipeline that gets a piece from draft to a clinic’s feed.
- Per-clinic voice individualization. A forbidden-word block, guard-feedback retry, and diff-based hook-line rewriting. Series episodes no longer ship identical across clinics.
- Spoken narration on reels. Opt-in per clinic. Local text-to-speech reads the script over the music bed, ducked under the voice and mastered to broadcast loudness — off by default, on for the clinics that want it.
- Animated diagrams in reels. A formula’s structure — chief, deputy, assistant, envoy — now draws itself on screen instead of sitting in a caption. Six diagram shapes, authored automatically from the script.
- Anatomy pathway scenes. Channel and point reels can now trace a path across a real anatomical panel, licensed and attributed in the frame itself.
- Per-clinic weekly status pages. A private, unlisted page for each clinic showing exactly what published that week against the plan floor — no more taking our word for it.
- A live research feed. A weekly pass over current TCM and integrative-medicine literature, staged straight into a blog post or social piece when a finding is worth sharing.
Where the writing change actually moved something
One of our clinics saw Instagram engagement rate rise from 10.6% to 13.1% — July’s full month against August 1–21. Pulled from Metricool the same day this was written.
Instagram isn’t yet connected in Metricool for every clinic on the platform, so this is the one account with a connected reading, not a fleet average. We’re not naming the clinic; the number is real, un-cherry-picked, and the most honest one we have this month.
Delivery, for scale: 14 reels shipped in July, 14 more so far in August. 35 posts published in July, 51 so far in August. And on the internal quality side — the metric that actually explains the engagement number above — our voice-guard pass rate went from 60% to 93%.
A finished piece: Ba Zhen Tang, narrated
The formula-spotlight format, now with three of this month’s changes stacked together — a diagram scene, spoken narration, and two voices trading the read scene to scene.
